I really like this deep freezer. My previous freezer was a chest freezer so I consider this a major improvement over that one. Keeps food frozen. Reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because pictures show a green light at the bottom of the unit. Mine does not have that light.

Got this freezer when my old freezer died after many years. It has plenty of space. One thing I really like is how well it's lit when you open it. The flexibility of the shelves is nice, and onboard warning of high temps is good. After the loss of my last freezer, I added my own wifi-enabled monitor, and I found that when the freezer is not very full, and/or my sensor was near the door, temps got a little higher than I would expect. Since moving sensor closer to the back, and filling empty space with frozen milk jugs, the temp is MUCH more stable, and that makes me feel more comfortable. Best advice - fill it up!

We just had to replace our 25+ year old freezer and I wanted something bigger because I was sick of playing Tetris to get everything to fit and still having to dig in the stand up freezer to get what I want. I love to adjustable shelves. I love the bin on the bottom so things don™™t get freezer burnt faster by sitting directly on the bottom. I love the door shelves and how they prevent things from falling out of the door from underneath the rail - a huge problem I had with our old freezer. It cools freshly bought food so fast and the carbon color goes beautifully with out other stainless steel appliances. I™™m so happy I choose this model and color. I hope to have this freezer for many years to come! FYI to all - make sure your refrigerator and freezer are not plugged into a GFCI outlet as this severely shortens the life span of your refrigerator and freezer!

We purchased this freezer after having a failure with another brand. We house our stand up freezer in a detached garage and our previous purchase would not hold up to the temperature changes. This freezer has been awesome! Not only is it spacious and nice looking but it has not missed a beat in our recent weather which has been VERY low temps. Definitely would recommend because this freezer is definitely GARAGE READY as it states!

Failed in less than 11 days- Avoid this Freezer

Purchased this freezer(in the last week of December 2024) and had it delivered, on 1/10/2025. within 11 days the Freezer failed, full of meat. Contacted support today(1/21/2025), Freezer most likely stopped working at least 24 hours prior since the outside temperature is only in the teens. The earliest available service appt is 7 days out, 1/28/2025. explained the content's of freezers value, Contents are not covered and not Frigidaire's problem. Completely unacceptable. Only option? escalate issue, possible 2 business days for follow up.STAY AWAY from this product

The guys that delivered the freezer did a great job. Took all packaging and I paid for pick up old one and there was no problem with that. Freezer started right up cooled down very fast and has been working fine ever since. Hopefully it lasts as long as the old one did. I bought it brand new 43 years ago.

This is my 3rd Frigidaire upright freezer. The 2 stainless ones I had were 12 & 14 yrs old. I saw the black stainless & decided to upgrade one of them. The upright freezers are great products. One arrived with a damaged door so the freezer was replaced by Lowe™™s. That was probably a Lowe™™s issues rather than a Frigidaire issue.

The carbon color is really cool! We ended up buying three, two with the outside controls for peace of mind alarm feature and a door handle. We put containers on shelves to better organize and use more space efficiently. I would like to see manufacturers have drawers or custom containers to utilize space more efficiently. Otherwise I couldn™™t be more happy with these freezers.

I™™ve only had this freezer a month but it is exactly what I expected it to be. The only issues I have are the tape residue all over the outside and the bottom basket has a broken wire weld which I™™m assuming Frigidaire will take care of, we will see.
