Love this microwave for everything except Sensor Reheat which run's exceptionally hot/long. Is there any way that this could be reduced or adjusted. In the month that it has been installed i burned 2 pasta lunches.

We upgraded our microwave from another Gallery microwave that was 10 years old that finally took a dive. The new styling is absolutely beautiful and sleek and brings us into a more modern look. The performance itself is better too, as we™€™ve noticed the power difference in how much less time things takes to warm up compared to our previous model. We have received many compliments on it and are very happy with our purchase. Install too was super quick and easy. All around a great product and would highly recommend.

Got it in the OTR Frigidaire Gallery purchased as excellent open-box from Best Buy. Love the sensory cook/reheat, and the powerful but quiet recirculating vent! Lots of cooking features and options, only had it a week so haven't used them all yet! Easy to clean and resists lots of fingerprints on it's own. Definitely a great but and we're excited to have in be the first of many Frigidaire Gallery appliances in our upgraded kitchen.

The microwave is very spacious and the inside is easy to clean. It has a good number of quick start selections, including a sensor cook that works well. It also has a sleek look over my slide-in range. The fingerprint resistant stainless does fingerprint easily though so requires frequent wipe down.

The microwave has a nice clean look and spacious interior. It is my first without a handle so a little getting used to. The selection of quick settings is good and helpful. I especially like the sensor cooking. I do find it fingerprints easily, which is disappointing given it is supposed to be fingerprint resistant.

It has all the features you didn™€™t know you™€™d love! A microwave is a pretty basic thing, but this one goes above and makes the experience so great. Quick start buttons that ALSO can be used to set specific times, 30 second add AND a 10 second add button, natural presets and sooo quiet. Great microwave!

My wife absolutely loves this new microwave. It's great having both the +10 sec and +30 sec options, and the different sensor cook options work really good also. Trim cracked after 2 months of use

We purchased this back in December 1024 for our new house, finally put it in in June 2025, and in September 2025, the interior trim cracked. Reached out to customer service because, you would think that something like this would be covered under warranty, but you would be wrong. Was told that I™€™d have to purchase the new trim kit from a dealer since it was not covered. When I inquired as to why it was not covered, since again, this is a brand new microwave, was told, and I quote, ™€œSometimes, the materials used in trim kits-often plastic or composite-can develop stress cracks, especially if there's a defect or lower quality. Additionally, repeated heating and cooling cycles can cause thermal expansion, which over time might lead to cracking.™€I don™€™t know what™€™s worse, that they know the material is lower quality, or that they know that it can/will crack with heat. This is a microwave, all it does is HEAT. Would never buy Frigidaire again, and avoid at all cost, they do stand behind their, under their own admission, their cheaply made products.

So far so good! Refrigerator looks good and functions properly. Our fridge stands next to a wall due to the layout of the kitchen and the refrigerator door opens wider than our previous fridge, thankfully! Also like the bottom drawer being able to slide out fully due to the bottom shelves not being as wide. Great design!
