GE™™s Energy Star 10,000 btu air conditioner blew me away, literally. I had a still-working 35 year old GE wall air conditioner that was still working, though noisy and never shut down on its own. ABT shared a great offer to our builder ng to replace these non-energy effecient units and the features that the new unit offered are remarkable (SiFi, Alexa, sleep, dry cycle etc). Thanks!

I base my remarks by a GE Air con, similar to this that I still have in my bedroom. This new one is harder to use and understand. It is not nearly as cooling as my smaller one or the previously larger one this replaces, in my living room. Yes, it is more attractive but the touch method is harder to use on the remote and on the cooler as well. Truthfully, I am disappointed in the way this appliance works; though newer, it is in no way better..

Easy set up! Had an excising sleeve in the wall that fit the a/c perfectly. Spits out super cold and not super loud. Love that it has WiFi so I can control with my phone when not home. Very happy with purchase so far.

iT SEEMS TO WORK FINE,BUT NAVIGATING THE CONTROLS IS DIFFICULT DUE TO THE TINY LETTERS ON THE FRONT OF THE CONDITIONER. MY OLDER GE CONDITIONER WAS MUCH EASIER TO USE, AS WAS THE REMOTE.
