I™™m enjoying getting to know the Electrolux washer. I have always felt front loaders clean clothes better than top loaders. It is so much quieter than my last washer, which is great as I like to set off a load at night. Plus it has the feature to rinse the clothes every few hours so it keeps things fresh through the night!

Wanted to love this as much as our last Electrolux machine that stayed with the house when we sold it. Moving to new house, we went straight for a new one just like it, to replace the stinky one left behind. Welp.... EXTREMELY disappointed! First issue was bad, but we accepted and moved on. It is LOUD!!!!! Holy cow it is loud. It echoes through the walls with the water but even worse with the steam function enabled. Then the SPIN CYCLE, sounds like a 757 about to take off in your laundry room. Unfortunately, it is on the same side of the house as our bedroom, so we do not start a load if we want to sleep. But also next to home office, and cannot be on the phone with it running. Second, the settings are terrible in comparison to our last model. They are really long, and pairing that with issue #1, is an issue. Third and worst! THE DOOR GASKET. We only use a small amount of powder detergent, use hot water washes regularly, do not use any fabric softener other than occasional vinegar that is poured into the fabric softener slot. We wipe the gasket clean and dry after each load, leave the soap drawer and door wide open with a fan running to dry the drum, AND run the washer clean cycle at least once every 2 weeks. Including the weird bump on top next to the light that fills with black gunk! We live in a desert with maybe 8% humidity. We have had this machine about 6 months, and the gasket needs to be replaced as there is so much mold growing in the little holes that i cannot clean out, even AFTER REMOVING IT, soaking it, scrubbing it with toothbrushes and pipe cleaners! After deciding to order a new gasket, I cannot find the part that fits the ATC2. So I need to reinstall a moldy gasket. Oh, and #4... It leaks. I noticed a water line when they delivered and installed my washer. They said it was from a final testing at the manufacturer. It leaks a little line at the bottom of the door every wash. I really

My husband picked these out. He was tired of doing maintenance work on our old top load, water saving set. With that being said, I love and have tested almost all functions on the washer and so far I have not been disappointed. I think we are using the same amount of water over all, hard to tell, we have a well, but feel like my clothes are getting clean. I have run everything from rugs to bedding to lace-like items and have not been disappointed. My model does not have messaging to phone abilities, which would have been nice. But, for the most part, if it says 60 mins, it will be about 60 mins.

Less than a week after I got my washer I had a jar of spaghetti sauce fall and break on concrete. Of course I was wearing white and it splattered me from head to toe. I immediately rinsed my outfit and threw it in the washer figuring it was probably ruined. I was pleasantly surprised when every stain was gone. Washer is quiet and cleans well. Cycle time seems long, but there is a 15 min cycle for quick touch ups. Lots of options to select what you want. The front lower gasket seal will trap small socks and retain some water, so you need to wring out rhe trapped sock by hand before putting in the dryer. Overall happy with purchase.

Definitely glad we made the upgrade.The only downside was some issues with delivery and installation through the manufacturer, although Electrolux did ultimately make things right. If delivery and install are important to you, I™™d probably recommend ordering through a trusted big box retailer instead.

Pros: Our washer went out on us unexpectedly and decided to try and start running away every time it went on a spin cycle or just would stop mid cycle and throw a tantrum and stop draining water. She was an older top loader. I loved her, however, it was time to move on. So we upgraded to the Ketchup Eradicating Washer and boy was it a game changer! My mind was blown. I went from having 7 total choices in cycles to like 1,000,000 now. The shortest on my last one was over an hour long and this one has... "as the skies open up" A 15 Minute Cycle!!! Oh Boy Mama Was In Heaven! Now when my son springs on me last minute that he needs his uniform washed for a game later that day or practice later that day I am able to do it no problem! And boy does this thing clean. You can use the Stain/Soak feature for that extra boost if you need it. Plus, I am able to wash my California Queen Comforter in there with no problem at all. Score! I am beyond thrilled! Cons: I will warn you, the first time I went to use the sanitize feature on the washer I got an extremely unpleasant scent. Luckily, it didn't make my clothes smell bad or anything just if I got in the general area of the washing machine I could smell it, or if I went to stick my head in to grab clothes out (since I'm short I have to partially go into the machine to get the clothes) I could smell it. I couldn't tell what it was at first. I realized it was an extremely sweet smell at least to me. So I went on Reddit and looked it up and found it was/has been an issue with the seal/gasket around the edge of the washer. It has a built in "fragrance" to it. So I am guessing when I used the sanitize at the hottest temp it really activated it and made it super noticeable. I was so ready to return it and so discouraged. I did the self clean on it with vinegar twice, and then a load of towels. The smell was still there. I needed a washer so I had to stick it out. I will say after about a week the smell DID go away! Again, it never made any of my clothes smell bad or effected the washing in any way. Just made the area around the washer smell unpleasant. That is my only complaint about the washer so far. Overall: 9.5/10 Would Recommend

Love the washer so far. While the button panel looks overwhelming at first, the machine offers lots of options for different needs and is easy to use. Like the Pods option, the door stop that allows air into the washer, and the water efficiency. Clothes are clean and the strong spin cycle means less drying time. So far machine has been great; we will see if it stands the test of time relative to years of washing and amount of repairs. I will mention that it is noisier than expected but luckily it's in a less busy area of the house so the noise doesn't bother us.

This washer has many options yet so simple to use. The 15 minute quick wash is fantastic. I cannot believe how clean clothes are in this quick cycle. I really like the temperature and cycle options on this machine. I like to be conservative with water and electricity whenever possible. So quiet, even on heavy duty setting.

Wow. After using this set for only a week, I quickly realized that I didn™™t know how bad my older set had been working! This unit is so efficient! It works so well in every cycle and I love that it spins most of the water so that the dry time is minimal. Love these and hope to replace my others soon with the same!

The washer is so quiet and fast. My clothes come out really clean. The dryer is efficient. I would definitely recommend the stands. They put them at the exact height to transfer the clothes.

I did a lot of research before replacing my 30-year old Kenmore Elite, and this one came out on top. Great features but still easy to use. Really gets the water out, so the dryer works faster. Only complaint is the rubber gasket in front--sometimes small items get stuck in it. Not too big a deal.

The Front load washer is efficient and looks like a luxury item. Easy to operate and uses very little washer-which is great for the environment.

I very much like the dryer-the one thing I would change is that the default dry is 92 minutes. I have to reset to ™timed dry™™ and 45 min does the trick. I don™™t love that I have to change it every time

Our washer makes an incredibly loud sound during the spin cycle, and Electrolux refuses to do anything about it. Don™™t buy this washer or anything, for that matter, from Electrolux!
