The Rinse credit is only available in select areas so do not count on being able to use them Unit is average and noticeably louder than the 11 year old GE it replaces. The shape makes it difficult to install as well

Cant fit a cookie sheet odd angels to load bowls but worst of 2 years in and the thing is broken. LG no offer to discount a new one no offer for removal and installation - they installed the first one. Every appliance in the brand new kitchen Lg - in under two years replacing dishwasher and Microwave would give less than one if possible

I bought this dishwasher at the end of 2023 and it wasnt installed until about August of 2024. We remodeled the kitchen and the flooring and cabinets werent ready until then. We had been without a dishwasher for years and had hand washed. Living in Central California with the droughts I thought that it was time to get a dishwasher because they use less water and do a better job. I have really enjoyed the Quadwash and am impressed with the results on the dishes. The are whiter than before. Honestly I am still learning how to use the machine but it has proved to be a worthwhile purchase. The other day we had an issue that cause me to call customer support for a lead detection. The dishwasher is very sensitive to leaks on the bottom and wont continue to cycle if it senses any leaks. Ultimately this proved to be an issue related to the wrong soap use. LG product support and their local technicians were great. This washer also pairs nicely with the ThinQ app. I like having the manual available through the app.

23 months into ownership the dishwasher stopped working. We had a local technician come look at it. He determined that the main control board was bad. The main control board is under warranty for 2 years. LG sent a replacement for free and the technician installed it. After installation the dishwasher still didnt work. I called LG the person on the phone determined it was the top control panel that is bad. She said that is not under warranty. I said so I have a $1000 piece of crap in my kitchen her response was sorry yes. Im beyond frustrated. We had to buy a second dishwasher Bosch this time in two years. This is BS and all LG would offer me are the current offers that everyone gets. NoIm sorry for the inconvenience or frustration or heres a coupon code for a couple hundred off a replacement dishwasher. Just a sucks to be you.

Purchased after losing a 15 year old GE to rust. Great deal through Costco but delivery and installation was a nightmare. Nothing to do with LG but Costco needs to work on this as well as their installation advertising. Installer refused to hardwire because he said this is corded from the factor. IT IS NOT. You are more than able to hardwire this unit. Great look easy to use and my wife loves the Wi-Fi features that go with our smart home and other LG appliances. We only purchase LG TVs and appliances due to our history with their reliability.

I purchased this unit to replace a 15-year-old GE device. The price was good and the reviews are great. All appliances and electronics for the most part in our house are LG. They have great reliability and the only issue we ever had was a TV that was blown up by lightning which is not the companys fault. The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning and has a great look. Beyond that the buttons and features are really easy to use and you wont be disappointed.

Dishwasher Broken After 2 Weeks

Purchased this dishwasher from Home Depot to be delivered Friday July 5. Received a call from Home Depot stating installer hurt his back and we needed to reschedule to Monday July 8. Installers had issues installing it..should have known then we would have problems. After only having it in our home two weeks it stopped working over a weekend...when we have the most dirty dishes. Not wanting to wait to contact someone Monday we watched video tutorials to see if we could fix it ourselves. We finally called the Appliance Hotline only to end up speaking with a very rude man. He told us to try these things which we had already tried...which is ridiculous that LG expects us to try to fix their defective appliances. He then told my husband they would have a repair person to our home Monday. Monday I received a call from the repair person only to find out they could not get to us until July 29. When I told him LG said someone would be at our home Monday he said LG always says that but they have no right to since they dont know available appointments hours etc. In the meantime the dishwasher started working. Of course the technician could not find anything wrong. He assured me if it happened again they would be back to look at it. He also told me we could go directly to them rather than going to LG first I explained about the poor customer service by LG. Guess what? The dishwasher worked for a few days then broke again. My husband was forced to call LG again and had the pleasure of speaking with the same rude man. Again they said we would have someone at our house Monday. I received a call Monday stating they could not get to us again until Friday August 9. Received a call from them today now they cannot get to us until Thursday August 15. We paid over $1000 for this dishwasher which we have only been able to use less than 1/2 the time we have had it. We have had a LG tv for quite some time and never had any problems so I was eager to buy another LG product. However with all the BS we have dealt with over this dishwasher we will most likely never buy LG again and I will certainly not buy from Home Depot ever again. I plan to close my credit card account with Home Depot as well because we should have been able to return/exchange but their policy is 48 hours for large appliances.

We really love this dishwasher It cleans the dishes beautifully with no left over residue. We are having an issue with noise after about an hour of running. However I do have a service call in .. so once that is done Ill let you know how that gets handled. Im thinking LG will handle appropriately

This is a brand new dishwasher and within two weeks had to have a new motor put in. The noise it was making was so bad we had to stop it mid-wash. I bought this dishwasher based on the description of it which stated it was whisper quiet. Even now with the new motor its so loud you can hear it two rooms away and if youre in the kitchen it sounds like youre standing in your shower. Home Depot washes their hands of any responsibility of the appliances they sell after 48 hours of delivery and they dont let their delivery people tell you that so if youre not observant and see it in some notation thats who knows where then they get away with having to provide you a new appliance. In what world does it make sense that someone who received a brand new dishwasher with a bad motor would not be given a new one? Lesson learned. Now I have I issues with the stove I bought at the same time. Im beginning to think they have knowingly delivered me defective products.

Bought this a month ago and the very first wash sounded like it was about to blow up. A dishwasher advertised as whisper quiet and you can hear it all over the house like grinding and whining and humming. And LG refuses to replace the dishwasher even though its brand new and Home Depot will not stand behind it and just passes the buck to LG.

We have been using this dishwasher for a few months now and its been working great. We were amazed how much cleaner everything seemed to be. Silverware holder is great has it holds them separated as to where they dont all stack together. Adjustable middle rack is great for washing cutting boards and taller items in the lower rack. Runs very quiet. Lots of washing options that we still havent figured out yet.

Was able to wash 3 loads then got an AE code. We followed recommendations to fix but didnt work. They had their repair company to contact me and as of March 2 I am still waiting for this brand new over $800 dishwasher to be fixed. So I am still washing dishes by hand after almost a month. They have my money and I have a hunk of junk sitting in my kitchen that doesnt work.

The top control is great very intuitive and I like how its hidden when closed. Very quiet. Its a little thing but the detergent compartment is easy to close and our last machine was very tricky to get the pod compartment closed up. Does the best job cleaning of any machine weve had. The steam feature works well.

Replaced a 5 year old GE dishwasher. Should be using less electricity and water. Does much better job than GE but is a bit noisier so we run overnight. Still waiting for missing cup racks that were on backorder.

I can say so far it is very quiet seems to clean as would be expected from a dishwasher. Since nothing is perfect so it is doing what it should be doing. I can give a truly honest review after the newness and the time needed to give it real world usage sets in. Newness/emotions shouldnt dictate an honest evaluation. After all the glimmer and sparkle wears off I will give a more in depth review on this item.
